The CCU is very small, a matchmaking process is very painful. It would be better and faster if players could instead use Hubs or an old school server browser to find games quickly.

Hubs
Hubs are similar to our traditional Server Browser. A hub is a virtual space in which players can chat, join or create a match. You could see a list of existing matches on the left, chat in the middle of the screen and see the players who are currently in that hub on the right the same way we see it on Discord. Whenever a player creates a match, it creates a dedicated server hosted by the game company/server provider.

Unreal Tournament Pre-Alpha - The concept of Hubs.

This would be a really fast way to create or find games and also to create sustainable gaming communities or network of players within LawBreakers. Many gamers are looking for a social experience which is best experience with hubs. This would also open to door to allowing players to host their own servers and user generated content (ex: custom maps). And in UT Pre-Alpha, players can earn XP and ranks by playing on community servers approved by Epic Games. It could work similarly in Lawbreakers.

Hubs can be pretty fun, there have been a few games that have had them(Payday 2 is the major game I can think of that added them post launch) and they have always been fun.

Blade Symphony was a game that had a lot of that kinda stuff in it and it was fun to be able to have servers where you could run around, run gauntlets and do other silly stuff.

It takes more than 20-40 minutes to find games at peak hours and all we know, thanks to Steam stats is that there are 30 players online, but the game does not tell us where those players are or what they play and we have to guess between Quickplay and Boss Leagues.

If LawBreakers would have a server browser, it would take maximum 1-2 minutes to find a match. It's a big big mistake to not have a server browser. It was more important than Boss Leagues to help maintain and increase the CCU.

We've been playing FPS games for 20 years, BKP/Nexon should know how important server browsers are for competitive multiplayer FPS games.
Server browsers are what have helped sustain multiplayer games for years. A matchmaking system only becomes relevant when 1-2K+ active players are playing the game.

We are now almost in February 2018 and Custom Games between friends are killing this game. The CCU is low (0-15 activep layers online) and players are unable to find matches in Matchmaking , unaware that the few players online are actually playing customs.

At least, we tried to warn you BKP months ago about this.
